Help Finding Your Order Status
You can check in on your order status at any time by visiting the Find Your Order page. Make sure you have your order number handy. There you can see where in the process it is. If you have further questions, reach out to support@squadlocker.com.
Help with Your Organization’s Store
Need help with a logo, setting up your store, adding items, or something related to your organization’s store? Reach out to our Sales team at sales@squadlocker.com.
For customers with a current open order, you can expect your order to ship within 4 business days of your original ship date (this does not apply to backordered items).
